Always the main attraction of our convention, we hope to offer over 70 demonstrations for your enjoyment. From beginners to masters, from buttercream to pulled sugar and chocolate, there is always a wide variety of topics for every skill level and interest in the sugar arts.

We are currently taking applications for all forms of sugar art demonstrations. Would you like to be an ICES demonstrator?

Applications are due by November 1, 2011 and must include the completed application along with a complete description of your demo and a photograph of your finished piece for use in advertising your demonstration. No applications will be considered without the project photograph.
